Post-treatment Assessment Consultation (Value: £250)

We will conduct the same PCL-5 and DES assessments for a before and after comparison. We will verify that the traumatic memory or memories are no longer activating and the associated symptoms that you were suffering from are zero or low enough to be considered a successful result.

AfterCare Consultation (Value: £250)

When we make a dramatic change in our life it can take some adjusting to fit into the new reality. This change can affect all areas of your life, your relationships, your work, your health habits, and more. This session is designed to address any challenges you may be encountering as you make this transition. If you find that you require more than the one session that is included in your Program, we offer an optional On-going AfterCare Service.

[Optional] On-going AfterCarePlus service

This follows on from our AfterCare Consultation where we get clear on the challenges you are experiencing in adapting to being trauma free. Through a mixture of planning, reevaluating, therapy and new skills, we help you to get your life 100% back on track. This is an on-going, session by session, pay as you go, service.

AfterCare Materials (Value: £500)

Following on from our AfterCare Consultation, you will leave with a pack of useful materials that includes tools and techniques you can use if you find yourself in certain situations as you make the adaptation to your new life AND to help you through difficult situations in the future.

6-month Check-up Consultation (Value: £200)

As the final consultation of the Program, we will check in to see that everything is ok with you and if anything is not ok, that we can provide you with a solution or pathway to a solution.
